Today, the New York Senate Housing, Construction, and Community Development Committee has passed a critical bill—S.5940—that will enhance the quality, affordability, energy efficiency, and resilience of homes across the state. The Spray Foam Coalition strongly supports S.5940 and policies that promote the use of unvented attics!
